| 回答 | 氏名や生年月日等のグレーアウトしている項目は、研究機関の事務代表者又は 所属部局を担当する事務分担者のみが修正できる項目です。 修正が必要な場合は、所属機関の事務担当者にご連絡ください。 ※e-Radに登録された研究機関に所属していない”個人研究者”の場合は、 e-Rad運用担当にて修正を行います。 この場合は、「研究者情報変更申請書（様式3-2）」をe-Rad運用担当宛に提出してください。 個人研究者の各種手続きの詳細は、e-Radポータルサイト（登録後の各種手続き）をご確認ください。 |
